1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to services provided by Jessica Nardone, Carrer de Sant Gregori el Gran 15, 07208 Cas Concos, Spain, trading as “Frequency Cooking” and “Essenzcode by Jena Aliveness”.

2. Services

Services include individually agreed cooking, meal-prep, event and nutrition-support services, as well as the creation of an Essenzcode. Scope, location, date, price and special conditions are set out solely in the individual offer or written confirmation.

3. No holiday rental or accommodation

Frequency Cooking does not offer holiday rentals, accommodation or lodging. No rooms, apartments, homes or overnight stays are rented, arranged or made available. Any collaboration concerns only the agreed culinary and/or support services. A location shown in photographs, text or event material is not an offer of rental or overnight accommodation.

4. Contract formation

This website is for information and enquiries. An enquiry does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when an individual offer is accepted in writing or a written confirmation is issued.

5. Prices, payment and changes

Prices and payment terms are communicated in the individual offer before a contract is concluded. Additional costs, such as special ingredients, travel, equipment or external services, are charged only when agreed in advance. Changes to date, guest count or scope require timely agreement and may require an updated offer.

6. Cancellation and statutory withdrawal

The cancellation terms in the individual offer apply to each booking. Consumers may generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts. Exceptions may apply, including fully performed services following express consent, personalised services and perishable goods. Where performance is requested before the end of the withdrawal period, the required express declaration will be obtained separately.

7. Client responsibility and health notice

Allergies, intolerances, health considerations and relevant dietary requirements must be communicated fully before engagement. Nutrition support and the Essenzcode do not replace medical diagnosis, therapy or medical advice. Seek medical advice for health concerns.

8. Liability and governing law

Liability is governed by applicable law. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
