My story begins
in the kitchen.

Jessica Nardone, known as Jena Aliveness, plating a dish

Food has never been just something on a plate to me.

My name is Jessica Nardone. On Instagram and through my work, many people know me as Jena Aliveness. Today I work as a private chef in Mallorca and help people experience food in a way that feels more personal, pleasurable and possible in everyday life.

My relationship with cooking began long before it became my profession. As a child, the kitchen was already a place where responsibility, care and creativity met. It taught me that a meal can say more than many words: I see you. You are welcome. You are allowed to enjoy.

“Cooking is how I listen – to the person, the body and what is truly needed in that moment.”

My path

From early responsibility to work that truly feels like mine.

At the age of eight, I was already taking on a great deal of responsibility and cooking regularly. It was not always easy. Yet this was also where I developed my sensitivity for people: What helps someone feel well? What brings warmth, strength or a sense of home? Over time, a task became a language that is still part of me today.

In 2016, I founded a catering company in Switzerland. Demand was strong, the business was doing well and I experienced how deeply my food could bring people together. I later stopped because Swiss regulations required a professional kitchen that I did not have at the time. It was not the end of cooking – only a pause from that particular way of working.

Cooking remained the thread running through my life. I began to listen more closely: Why does the same way of eating not feel right for everyone? What roles do daily life, the nervous system, emotions, rhythm and environment play? Recipes gradually became a deeper exploration of nutrition and self-understanding.

Step by step, these experiences became the Essenzcode. It combines my culinary experience with holistic nutrition guidance, Human Design, astrology, numerology, name frequency and intuitive perception. Frequency Cooking translates those insights into real meals and an everyday life that does not need to be perfect in order to nourish you.

Today in Mallorca

I cook for people – not for roles or rules.

Today I live and work in Mallorca. As a private chef, I cook in fincas and villas, support retreats, create private dinners and prepare fresh everyday meals through weekly meal prep. I do not provide holiday accommodation; I come to the home or accommodation my clients have already arranged.

Whether it is a celebratory dinner, a lighter week or personal Essenzcode guidance, I listen first. I want to understand who is in front of me, what is needed right now and which kind of nourishment genuinely feels good. My food can be beautiful, sensory and special – but above all, it should feel right for you.

I do not believe in one perfect diet. I believe in good food, honest connection and solutions that work in real life.

Food Safety & Care

Care belongs in my kitchen just as much as flavour.

When I cook for people, I carry responsibility. Especially in a villa, at a retreat location or for a family, food should not only look beautiful and taste good. It should be planned and prepared with care.

I have therefore completed dedicated training in food hygiene, safe food handling, allergens and intolerances. That care stays with me from shopping and storage through to preparation and the meal prep notes you receive.

Before a booking, I listen carefully to allergies and clarify openly what can reliably be offered in the specific setting. I do not make grand promises. I plan responsibly.
